Current program rules

The value of Sweet Points and the way points are accumulated may change at any time without further notice.

How you earn points

• Sweet Points may be earned on eligible purchases at Palais des Glaces.
• Points are calculated using the current accumulation rate shown above.
• Points are normally added after the order is completed.
• Cancelled, refunded, corrected or unpaid orders may not earn points, or the points may be removed.

How redemption works

• You must be logged in to your Sweet Points account to view your QR code and history.
• Your QR code expires for security and may refresh regularly.
• Points can be redeemed only when the Redeem my Points toggle is ON.
• Redeem mode turns OFF automatically after the allowed time for your security. 10 minute(s).
• If Redeem my Points is OFF, the account can collect points but redemption is blocked.

Expiry, corrections and limits

• Unused Sweet Points expire after 1 year unless a different expiry setting is shown in the current rules.
• Palais des Glaces may correct points if there is an error, duplicate transaction, cancelled order, refund or misuse.
• Sweet Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Sweet Points are for Palais des Glaces purchases and rewards only.

Account and privacy

• Registration requires your name, email, phone number and password.
• Email verification is required before login.
• Your information is used to manage your Sweet Points account, points, rewards and history.
• Marketing emails are sent only if you give marketing consent, and you can unsubscribe.
